For custom orders, please call or e-mail us! That way we can be sure to make exactly what you want.

Please include the cookie size(small or large), flavor(s), and quantity of cookies and/or cookie cakes you are ordering. If you would like us to design an image for you using a photo, a particular theme, or a logo, follow the directions below.

1. E-mail us your image as a jpg attachment. Or provide us with a description of the type of image you would like (e.g. a stylized graphic of a plane, a photo of a yellow daisy, etc).
2. For logos or other images where matching colors is essential, please include either PMS colors or a written description of the logo/image colors in the text of the e-mail.
3. We can not reproduce copyrighted images (such as cartoon characters) for you (yes, even on cookies where you are going to eat the evidence!) UNLESS the owner of the copyright gives us permission. Please obtain reproduction rights for copyrighted images before contacting us.
4. The minimum image size for small cookies is 2" x 2". Larger images are fine, but smaller images may not provide satisfactory resolution on the finished image.
5. The minimum image size for cookie cakes is 5" x 7". If you have multiple images for a cookie cake, we can design a photo collage (maximum of 5 images) for you at an additional charge of $5.00. In that case, the minimum image size is 3" x 3".
6. We can add text (names, dates, a special message) for no additional charge. Include the text you would like to appear on the cookies in the body of your e-mail. Please check all spelling for text that will be included on cookies.
